I was out in Eagle Pass and finally got some free time to poke around. The railroad operation is cramped and fairly busy. The video shows some operations. Apparently, Mexican crews are ferried over the Rio Grande River via rail to the UP yard area. Finding Ferromex power shuttling back and forth across the bridge was a common sight. Unfortunately, the bridge is almost exactly east-west in orientation making lighting very difficult.
