Union Pacific to adjust warning signals at site of parade float collision | wfaa.com Dallas - Fort Worth

This is not good for the UP side of the argument. Although as stated the federal standard is _at least_ 20 seconds, having the intersection at precisely 20 seconds is very risky and leaves no room for any measurement errors. The TxDOT documents which cite 30 seconds don't help either. This will be an interesting story to follow over the next months/years.
